You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Bx Tradehub is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your credentials.
Bx Tradehub offers structured investment plans, copy trading, and AI-powered trading bots. Deposits are credited to your account balance and allocated according to the plan, trader, or bot you select. Returns are calculated based on each product's published rate and paid according to its schedule.
Past performance of any plan, trader, or bot does not guarantee future results. Investment returns are not guaranteed and are subject to the terms of the specific product you choose.
Deposits and withdrawals are processed according to the methods available on the platform. Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification, minimum/maximum limits, and processing times disclosed on the platform. Applicable fees will be shown before you confirm a transaction.
You agree not to: (a) use the platform for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to circumvent security measures or access restrictions; (c) interfere with the platform's operation; (d) engage in fraud, market manipulation, or money laundering; (e) create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or referral programs.
Investing carries inherent risk, including potential loss of principal. You acknowledge that returns on investment plans, copy trading, and AI trading bots can vary and are not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bx Tradehub and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the platform; obligations that by their nature survive termination will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
